How often do associates get paid?

Every week!

Just call (800) 849-3132, select option #4 and then #1 to speak to a team member.

Will I receive a confirmation my application has been submitted? How can I see the status of my application?

Yes, you’ll receive an email letting you know that we’ve received your application. Then, we’ll continue to keep you updated on your application.

How do I know when my background check is completed?

We’ll let you know as soon as the background is complete and if we have any follow-up questions. 

Should I apply for the job if I don’t have experience?

Yes. If you’re interested in joining our team, you should apply. Many of our leaders have grown from entry level warehouse positions.

I saw multiple positions, should I apply for them all?

We encourage you to apply for the roles that best match your experience and interests.

Do you offer leadership training/mentorship to managers?

Yes we do! We have a strong leadership development culture here at FHI.

When do employee benefits start?

Benefits start on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. For example, if you start on January 15th, your benefits would begin on April 1st.
